Jeremy Ancalade

Jeremy Ancalade is a nonprofit executive and community builder serving as Vice President of Administration for the Downtown Long Beach Alliance, supporting Downtown Long Beach’s two business improvement districts. As Executive Director for the Downtown Difference, Jeremy creates a vibrant, inclusive, and connected downtown community, bringing people together, and advancing work that meaningfully improves lives.

Jeremy’s leadership roles include work with: The Trevor Project, Project Angel Food, Laguna Playhouse and the Shakespeare Center LA, earning him a reputation for creating sustainable systems and guiding organizations through growth and change. Jeremy serves on the board of Pathways CHP, Shanti Orange County, and the CSULB MBA Graduate Programs Advisory Board. He also volunteers with the American Legion California Boys and Girls State program.

Jeremy holds both an MBA and MFA from CSULB, and a BA from Loyola University New Orleans.
